If you are not satisfied with your GPS Tracker Service, you may return the tracker in the new condition that they were received by you in its original packaging within 48 hours of receiving the items by using Return & Refund Policy. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment. You must notify the return issue within 24 hours to 72 hours over Call/Facebook messenger/email / What’s Up with reason. For items that shipped free, we deduct the original shipping charges from your refund.

Damage & Defect Claim
Any damage done by m. Store technician during GPS Tracker Installation will be in responsible of m. Store. If the GPS Tracker is received damaged or defective upon delivery, the customer must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product to report damage and to receive a return authorization. The item may have to be received back in the warehouse to be inspected for 3 days before any replacement will be issued. If the customer doesn’t want a replacement and wishes to return the item, our standard return policy will apply. Our best Package is Elite Package
Damage that will be done by Damage that makes by the customer will not return.

We request for you to email pictures of damaged or defective items and also the packaging boxes.
So we can understand how the damage happened and prevent future items from similar damages.

Order Cancellations
Any Customers may cancel or change the order in part or in full for a refund within 24 hours as long as the order has not shipped. Please note, some orders are processed and shipped in less than 12 hours, so please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order is shipped, we cannot cancel or change your order. If the order is shipped and you must still cancel, our standard return policy will apply and the customer is responsible for delivery charges both ways (sending and receiving). There are no exceptions. Also If the delivery of items is refused, our standard Return & Refund policy will apply.
